Questions we often hear
Do employees need a smartphone?
Yes. Employees punch with the TeamEase app on Android or iPhone. HR and owners use the web dashboard from any computer or phone browser.
What happens if there's no internet?
The punch is saved on the phone with a time that can't be changed by altering the phone's clock. It's uploaded automatically as soon as the phone is online again.
Can employees cheat with fake GPS apps?
TeamEase detects mock-location apps, rooted phones and changed clocks. Suspicious punches are flagged so HR can review them, and office staff can only punch inside the set radius.
Is a selfie compulsory?
It's your choice. Turn selfies on or off for the whole company, or for individual employees.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. Add as many branches and work locations as you need, each with its own holiday list.
Will it work with my payroll?
TeamEase gives you a monthly Excel report and a payroll export with paid days, leave and overtime, which your payroll software or accountant can use directly.
